Professional Summary
I am a seasoned IT and cybersecurity leader with over 30 years of experience, including more than 15 years serving as a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)-approved Chief Information Officer and System Security Officer in highly regulated federal environments. My career has been built on a foundation of hands-on expertise, leadership by example, and a commitment to delivering reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions.
From component-level electronics repair early in my career to leading nationwide IT operations, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and guiding organizations through complex audits and regulatory requirements, I’ve consistently remained close to the technology while driving strategic outcomes at the leadership level.
In addition to enterprise IT leadership, I bring a unique blend of operational, entrepreneurial, and creative experience. As President of the South Shore Classics Hockey League, I oversee all aspects of a 300+ player organization, including technology, finance, marketing, and operations. I design and build digital platforms, implement modern systems, and develop marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and long-term sustainability.
